▼ FRESH BLUEBERRIES:
Delta Berries farming activity includes field irrigation, fertilization, pruning, weeds remotion, hail and frosts protection systems and plants diseases prevention for all our blueberries varieties: Snow Chaser, Springhigh, Primadonna, Emerald, Misty, Star, Bluecrisp and Milennia.
Plant services include packing, quality control, fumigation (US destinations), cooling and shipping.
▼ PECAN NUTS. IN SHELL AND SHELLED:
Under its own brand “La Pecanera del Gualeguay”, Delta Berries supply shelled pecans to the domestic market. The company also provides shelling services for third parties, branded or not. Chocolate flavored pecans have recently been launched to the market as a snack food option.
▼ IN SHELL PECAN NUTS PROCESSING FOR EXPORT:
As a service for growers, Delta Berries S.A. provides quality control of in shell pecans for export, including cleaning, vacuum nuts blowing, defects sorting out, sizing and packing. Plant services also include fumigation and custom inspection prior shipping. This way, growers are able to witness the loading and custom inspection process, so avoiding loads re opening at port.
▼ SWEET CITRUS (Tangerines & Oranges):
Plant services include: (i) Cold storage; (ii) quarantine cooling treatment; (iii) ripening (by ethylene gas exposure); (iv) custom inspection & shipping.
▼ EXPORT SERVICES:
Through its affiliate DELTA COMEX S.A., the Company channels both fresh blueberries and pecan nuts exports to several destinations, including the US, Europe, Middle & Far East, either by air or ocean cargoes.
